t-Boc-N-amido-PEG3-propargyl is a crosslinker containing a propargyl group and a t-butyloxycarbonyl (t-Boc) protected amine. Its molecular formula is C₁₄H₂₅NO₅, with a molecular weight of 287.35. The structure consists of a tri(ethylene glycol) (PEG3) chain linking the propargyl group to a primary amine group protected by the t-Boc moiety. The propargyl group can participate in copper-catalyzed click chemistry reactions, while the t-Boc group undergoes deprotection under weakly acidic conditions to release free amine. The production process requires precise control of reaction conditions to achieve high purity (≥97%).
